By using Broker Zoom Call Scheduling (the «Bot») you agree to the following terms.
The Bot is a software agent that assists licensed real-estate brokers in qualifying inbound client inquiries and scheduling video calls. It is provided to participating brokers and their clients on an as-is basis without warranty.
Brokers may grant the Bot OAuth access to their Google Calendar and/or Zoom accounts. Only the scopes shown on the provider's consent screen are requested. The broker may revoke access at any time from their provider account dashboard; on detection the Bot stops using the credentials and offers re-onboarding.
Do not use the Bot to send spam, harass clients, share fraudulent listings, or violate the laws of the jurisdiction you operate in.
The Bot uses statistical language models and may produce incorrect information. Brokers remain responsible for verifying property details, prices, and contractual commitments before relaying them to clients. The Zoom video-call infrastructure is operated by Zoom Video Communications under its own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability arising from use of the Bot is limited to direct damages and capped at the fees, if any, paid for the service over the prior 12 months. The operator is not liable for missed meetings, lost leads, or other indirect losses.
These terms may be revised. Material changes will be communicated to active brokers via the channels we use for operational notices.
