Broker Zoom Call Scheduling
What this is
Broker Zoom Call Scheduling is an internal tool for Tumanov Group, a real estate agency operating in Phuket, Thailand. The tool helps our brokers coordinate property consultation calls with prospective clients.
A broker connects their Google Calendar to the application via a Telegram bot. When a client is ready to view properties, the bot reads the broker's calendar to find free time slots, proposes them to the client, and on confirmation books a Zoom meeting on the broker's calendar.
Who can use it
Access is limited to brokers who work with Tumanov Group. The application is not available to the general public.
Google data we access
We request the narrowest scopes that allow the workflow to function. We never sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than the one described below.
Used to read the broker's busy/free availability — busy time blocks only, never event titles or details — so the bot can suggest open time slots without double-booking.
Used to create a calendar event with an attached Zoom meeting link on the broker's calendar once the client confirms a time slot, and to update or cancel that event if the call is rescheduled or called off.
Data handling
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our server.
- Calendar data is read on demand to compute availability; we do not maintain a separate copy of broker calendars.
- The data is never shared with third parties.
- A broker can revoke access at any time via myaccount.google.com.
- Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
